Henrik Ibsen - Essay Topics For Analyzing the Effects of H.I. Culture on Housewives
Henrik Ibsen - Essay Topics For Analyzing the Effects of H.I. Culture on HousewivesHenrik Ibsen Doel is an authority on the topic of H.I. housewives in Denmark. His articles contain 'exactly what they're talking about,' and he even has a copy of the same book I did before my trip to the home of one of the most famous of all H.I. housewives. In this essay, I'll look at one aspect of the H.I. world that Henrik IVank found of interest to me. His interest was related to how the wives' husbands behave with them. I'll cover the issue of personal communication with the husband from the perspective of the H.I. world from which Henrik IVank made his observations.Henrik Ibsen wrote about the difference between how the husbands act when they are in power and when they are out of power. He noted that the husband, when he is in power, could actually threaten to walk out and quit the house, not because of the wife, but because of the husband. Henrik also had a few observations regarding the wives w ho find a way to protect themselves by creating a loving relationship with their husbands. In other words, they hope that the husband will lose his power in the household and then leave, so they can continue to spend time with the husband without worrying about how to cope with the unbalanced power imbalance.Henrik Ibsen's conclusion to this section of his essay, though, seemed to be that there is a better way. He noted that, as a matter of fact, no woman wants to be a victim. She would rather have power than to feel that she must act like a victim. He made an observation about the status of women in society and noted that the female role in Danish society (which is a female-dominated society) is like that of a damsel in distress. Henrik Ibsen made a point of noting that every woman in Denmark would admit that she did the best she could with the circumstances of life. She also gave a number of examples of how the housewives in Denmark are able to survive life in the H.I. world. When Henrik Ibsen wrote this essay, he thought that the wives of the H.I. were probably trying to prevent the marriages of their husbands to any other women who might have power.Henrik Ibsen thought that the problem with the H.I. culture was that the wives were so preoccupied with not allowing the male members of the family to succeed that they did not pay enough attention to their own children.
